Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Forging a private document;
A. A. (1) Around May 2012, the Defendant signed the vehicle lease contract form in E, a private person’s name column and private person’s name column, after stating “E”, “E”, “F”, “F”, and “E” in the column at the time when the first half of the contract is scheduled, in the vehicle lease contract form form in Songpa-gu Seoul, a car rental contract form in the vehicle rental contract form in Songpa-gu Seoul. On May 2012, the Defendant forged one copy of the vehicle lease contract form in the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations without authority. (2) On the other hand, the Defendant signed the vehicle lease contract form in the vehicle rental contract form in Songpa-gu, Seoul, by using the pen form in the vehicle rental contract form in the vehicle rental contract form, “K5”, “G number column, lessee’s name in the vehicle rental column,” “12:5 on the vehicle model column and “1:30 on May 27, 2012.”
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged a vehicle lease contract in the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations.
(3) On July 2012, the Defendant: (a) stated the “HG”, “H”, “E”, “E”, “F in the lessee column,” and “F” on July 24, 192 at the time when the first half of the contract was scheduled; and (b) signed the lessee’s name column and “E” in the vehicle lease contract form in the name of “E,” which is a private document on rights and obligations, in the vehicle lease contract form in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office; (d) around July 2012, the Defendant forged one copy of the vehicle lease contract form in the name of “E,” which is a private document on the rights and obligations, using the pen form in the vehicle lease contract form in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office; and (d) around July 2012, the Defendant used the pen form in the vehicle lease contract form “I”, “E”, “to the lessee column”, “to the scheduled date”, “to the 125th day”, “to the 14th day” column.
