1. The Defendant is a person who is a senior passenger of the victim B.

On September 27, 2014, from around October 27, 2014 to around October 1, 2010 of the same year, the Defendant stolen the victim’s driver’s license on the wall of the victim by taking advantage of the gaps in the victim’s negligence of care.

2. At around 19:30 on October 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) performed an official document unlawful uttering by presenting B’s driver’s license (I) issued by the Commissioner of the Gangwon Provincial Police Agency, which was a public document that was stolen and possessed as described in paragraph (1), for the purpose of verifying the Defendant’s identity; (b) exercised the official document for the purpose of verifying the Defendant’s identity.

3. The Defendant presented the stolen B’s driver’s license as his/her driver’s license, and prepared contract documents, with the intent of borrowing vehicles.

The Defendant, as stated in paragraph (2) at the time, at the place, stated in paragraph (2), stated “B” in the lessee column of the vehicle lease contract and signed “B” in the next signature and seal column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of the vehicle lease contract in the name of B, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations, and, as seen above, submitted one copy of the forged vehicle lease contract to the above H as if it were the document duly formed.

4. On October 16, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) at around 05:00, G K5 meters away from the section of about 50km to the front road at which he/she was a place of departure via the Hann-si Jn-si Hann-si, Gangnam-si, and around 11:20 on the same day without a driver’s license.
