A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics;

A. On October 2018, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting approximately 0.5g of hemps into tobacco pipes in the dwelling space of the Defendant in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, and attaching a roman’s fire to the smoke.
