A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

415,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On November 10, 2016, the Defendant received marijuana from D, free of charge, at the Defendant’s residence located in the Government of the P.M., at the Government of the P.M., at the Defendant’s residence.

2. The Defendant smoked marijuana once by inserting in a pipe of tobacco produced by stuffing paper, among the hemp plants received from the F University, after the end of the university located in Speaker-si E at the time indicated in paragraph 1, and attaching a smoke thereto.

3. On November 2016, the Defendant conspired with I and J to purchase phiphones in the H neighboring container located in Ha Government-si G in order to purchase Y, and the Defendant paid KRW 300,000 to the Nonindicted Party for the supply of phiphones by bearing KRW 100,000 and KRW 400,000,00 to the Nonindicted Party, and the J purchased phiphones by taking a blophones which contain a phiphones non-fluoring volume, which have been transported by K and L near the above place around that time.

4. The Defendant, at the time and place described in paragraph 3, contained water in a one-time injection machine, and dilutioned the phiphone, and administered phiphones once by means of injection in the Defendant’s arms blood cells.

5. On January 10, 2017, the Defendant received marijuana from I free of charge in the Government M of the P.M.’s residence.

6. The Defendant smoked marijuana once by inserting in tobacco pipes made of stuffed paper, among the hemp plants previously held at the time and place specified in paragraph 5, and attaching a smoke therefrom.

7. On February 1, 2017, the Defendant received marijuana free of charge from N in the Defendant’s residence located in Don-si, Don-si, at the Defendant’s residence.

8. On February 7, 2017, the Defendant smoked marijuana once by inserting it in a pipe of tobacco produced by stuffing paper at the dwelling of the Defendant at his/her domicile, and attaching a smoke to the pipe of the hemp.
