A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and three months and a fine of one million won.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant committed the following crimes under the state that the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to stimulative disorder, mental disorder without any mental symptoms, etc.:

1. On March 14, 2014, at around 09:55, the Defendant assaulted the victim E (years 21) and the victim F (years 21) at the D University S University's school site located in Seoul, at around 09:55, on the part of the Defendant: (a) the victim E (years 21) and the victim E (years 21) cannot reply to the Defendant’s questions regarding the money in the front military base; (b) the head of the victim E can be returned with the sugar container of plastic material; and (c) the Defendant committed violence at a time when the victim F head was taken at a time with the above sugar container and the chest was taken at a drinking time; (d) the Defendant, as a student group’s ship, was fluent with the head of the D University’s school group, was informed of any disadvantage to the victims; and (e) was issued at least seven times the market price of the victims owned by the head of the D University’s school group.
As a result, the Defendant received a total of KRW 14,000 from the victims.
2. On May 13, 2014, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Specific Larceny and Violences, etc. Act (joint residence intrusion) committed an intrusion upon the victim’s residence by entering the victim’s inside room for the purpose of theft of the victim’s property from other victims, with G around 13:00, when the victim entered the victim’s house for the purpose of theft of the victim’s property from other victims, and one television with 42,000 won at the victim’s house located therein, which is equivalent to one million won at the market price of KRW 1,80,000,000, KRW 50,000 won at the market price of KRW 50,000,000, KRW 1,500,000,000 at the market price of KRW 60,00,000,000 at the market price of KRW 1,50,000,00.
