A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On July 26, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, eight months from the same court on March 11, 2014; one year from imprisonment with prison labor for night building intrusion larceny; one year from the same court on February 2, 2016; and one year from the same court on September 5, 2018; and one year from the same court on September 22, 2019, the execution of the final sentence was completed in an Ansan prison on March 22, 2019.

【Criminal Facts】

1. At around 23:00 on May 14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) went into a vinyl house entrance of the victim C in Macheon-si B; and (b) went into a vinyl house after destroying the Raber; and (c) went into the vinyl; and (d) went into the said plastic house; and (b) cut off with the goods equivalent to KRW 190,000,000, the sum of the total market price of KRW 100,000,000,000, the total market price of KRW 70,000,000, and KRW 5,000,00, in the market price of KRW 10,00.

2. Around 23:00 on May 29, 2019, the Defendant cut the said vinyl locked using the cutting machine, and intruded into the said vinyl locked, and subsequently, the Defendant took a theft with goods worth KRW 7.90,000,00 in total market price, including one Aluminum door equivalent to KRW 200,000,000, market price of the victim C in the place, one taketer of the 500,000,000,000,000,000 won, and 2L5, Snins, and 10,000,000,00 won.

3. On May 2019, at around 23:00, the Defendant stolen the victim E’s waste plant located adjacent to the prefabricated toilets of the above waste plant, with a 270,000,00 won, where the victim’s market value located adjacent to the above waste plant was stolen.

4. On June 2019, the Defendant: (a) at around 23:00, at the same place as above, paragraph (3) above; and (b) at a prefabricated-type toilet having a prefabricated-type toilet entrance equivalent to KRW 90,000 in the market price owned by the Victim E by Raber.
