Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Night-time theft of buildings;
A. On February 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 03:00 on February 14, 2013, at the E office where the victim D works in the second floor in Gwangju-dong-gu, Gwangju-gu, the Defendant: (b) opened and intruded the above office entrance by using the keyss located in the same floor toilets; and (c) laid down one computer with the victim’s main body equivalent to KRW 500,000 at the market price owned by the victim.
B. On February 25, 2013, around 04:00 on February 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded a 6th floor office of G Hospital located in Nam-gu, Gwangju; (b) opened and intruded a locked door; and (c) used one computer at a level equivalent to KRW 400,000,000 in the market price; (d) one monitor at a level equivalent to KRW 200,000 in the market price; (e) one software at a level equivalent to KRW 10,000 in the market price; (e) one stiff at a level equivalent to KRW 10,00 in the market price; and (e) one stiff at a level equivalent to KRW 10,00 in the market
2. Larceny;
A. On February 9, 2013, at around 11:40 on Feb. 9, 2013, the Defendant stolen: (a) at the IPC room located on the first floor H underground of Gwangju Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu, the victim J, an employee, neglected to monitor the toilets; (b) 30,000 won in cash in the above PC camera; (c) one new card; (d) one post office check card; and (e) one Nos. 250,000 in the market price in which the No. 350,000 were kept.
B. On February 28, 2013, around 03:00 on February 28, 2013, the Defendant opened a thief and stolen one set of the victim L, which was parked in the front of the Nam-gu Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, with a string line between the free windows of the driver’s seat of the cargo vehicle of the victim L, which was parked in the front of the Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, and opened a locking system, and opened the locking system, and the market price equivalent to KRW 400,00,00,000,
