1. The Defendant’s KRW 47,867,818 as well as the annual rate of KRW 6% as determined from May 15, 2014 to January 19, 2017 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On January 5, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for construction works with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant construction contract”).

The details of construction works: 316,327,190 won: 316,327,190 won, from January 6, 2012 to July 5, 2012.

B. The part related to the adjustment of the contract amount due to the extension of the construction period among the general conditions of the contract for the construction of this case (hereinafter referred to as the "general conditions of this case") which became the contents of the contract for the construction of this case is as shown in the attached Form
