A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant had a mind to forge a copy of the resident registration certificate to be attached to the application for electricity use in the name of B in order to apply for electricity use.

Accordingly, the Defendant at the lower court on August 2010.

9. At the Defendant’s house located in Pyeongtaek-gun C, a box of the same size and shape as the resident registration certificate, using a computer, was inserted into a box, and printed out on September 5, 2001, “the head of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government, the head of Gangnam-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government,” and then printed out the box. The Defendant’s mother’s photograph, which was in possession on the printed material, was printed out and copied.

Accordingly, the defendant forged one copy of the resident registration certificate B in the name of the head of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which is an official document for the purpose of uttering.

2. The Defendant had a mind to forge an application for electricity use in the name of B in order to file an application for electricity use.

On September 6, 2010, the Defendant, at the location of Paragraph 1, had F, know of the fact at the location of paragraph 1, prepare an application for electric use with “B”, “B”, “D”, “B”, and “B” in the column for consent to the collection of personal information in the column of customer information in the form of “B”, “B”, “B”, and affix B seal prior to the name of “B” as indicated in the application for electric use.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of the application for electric use in the name of B, a private document related to rights and obligations.

3. The Defendant, on September 6, 2010, filed an application for electric use of forged official document or falsified official document with F, F, who is unaware of the fact at the Korea Electricity branch located in Pyeongtaek-gu, Dong-gun, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, and filed an application for electric use of B, which is forged as provided in paragraph (1), as in paragraph (2).
