A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Seized evidence referred to in subparagraphs 1 through 6 shall be confiscated.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 14, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment with prison labor for robbery at the Daejeon District Court and the sentence became final and conclusive on the same day, and the Defendant was a person having six times of criminal records. On August 30, 1967, the land of 1,400 square meters in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, which was located in Kimpo-si, obtained a proposal from the recipient of the loan, by using the fact that there is no change in the relationship of rights since the registration of ownership transfer was made in the name of the non-indicted A, and that the real estate register at the time is only indicated in the owner’s domicile
Accordingly, on May 17, 2015, after obtaining permission from the court to open the name “F” to “A”, the Defendant reported to the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office, the permanent domicile, and decided to apply for a loan to a financial institution by pretending that the name is the real owner of the land, using the name “A”. The above D shared the Defendant’s act of forging the relevant official document, including a certified copy and abstract of the resident registration, necessary for the loan application.

On July 2, 2015, the Defendant forged official document documents: (a) issued one abstract of resident registration under the name of the head of Jung-gu Office in Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu; (b) one copy of resident registration under the name of the head of Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul; and (c) attached one copy of resident registration under the name of the head of Jung-gu, Seoul; and (d) attached one copy of resident registration to the Defendant under the name of the head of Jung-gu, Seoul; and (c) forged one copy of resident registration under the name of the head of Jung-gu, Seoul, which is indicated as “1985-03-15” in the transfer date change column as “2014-07-23” without authority for the purpose of exercising it on the land.
Accordingly, the defendant is an official document in collusion with one person D.
