A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 8, 2019, at around 09:55, the Defendant: (a) requested the forgery of his/her resident registration certificate by transmitting the Defendant’s photograph and B personal information to his/her name defecter who forged his/her identification card, using the Kakakao Kakax, and at around that time, the above name defecter entered B’s name, material, resident registration number, and address in plastic cards with the size similar to his/her resident registration certificate and the Defendant’s photograph at the bottom of December 21, 2018; (b) added the Defendant’s name, resident registration number, and address to the plastic card with the size, material, and form similar to that of his/her resident registration certificate; and (c) made one copy of his/her resident registration certificate by attaching the Defendant’s name registration certificate to the lower end of that year; and (d) inserted the Defendant’s resident registration certificate at around 18:00 on October 9, 2019.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with the name-free persons, and forged one resident registration certificate, which is a public document under the name of the head of Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

2. At around October 17:20, 2019, the Defendant presented the forged resident registration certificate to C who was requested by employees C of the Safety Situation Office to present his/her identification card, and exercised it as if he/she actually was issued the forged resident registration certificate.
