Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1.(a)
On June 27, 2013, at around 12:41, the Defendant invaded upon the public toilets located in Seocheon-si C with a view to meeting the sexual desire by cutting away the body parts of women or photographing them.
B. The defendant 1-A
At the time and place stated in the port, the body of the victim, such as the victim's ggal lusium3 smartphones, which could cause the victim's sexual desire and sense of shame, was taken against his will, in a space below the space below the partitions in which the female victim in the name is the defendant.
