Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. On April 8, 2019, around 12:05, the Defendant committed the crime, around April 12:05, in order to satisfy his/her sexual desire by photographing the body of women, who are viewed as melting the toilets in toilets, etc. on April 8, 2019, the Defendant intruded into the second column of female toilets with C2 stories located in the Gyeongbuk-gun B.

B. On April 8, 2019, around April 15:58, 2019, the Defendant invadedd the places described in paragraph (a) of Article 1 with a view to meeting his/her sexual desire, such as photographing the body body of women, who are viewed as melting the toilets at toilets around 15:58 on April 8, 2019.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. On April 8, 2019, at around 12:05, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim D, carried out the mobile phone photographing function at the places indicated in paragraph (1) of Article 1, and took a screen image of the victim D (the age of 45) by exposing the cell phone below the partitions.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using mobile phone cameras against his will.

B. On April 8, 2019, at around 16:48, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim E, performed the function of photographing cell phones images at the places indicated in paragraph 1(a), and then the victim E (V, 36 years old) took a screen image with the partitions below.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using mobile phone cameras against his will.

C. On April 8, 2019, around 16:48, the Defendant committed a crime against the Victim F, performed the function of photographing cell phones images at the places indicated in paragraph (1) of Article 1, and thereafter, the Victim F (V, 39 years old) took a screen image of video images with the partitions below.

Accordingly, the defendant uses mobile phone cameras to make sexual humiliations.
