A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. At around 19:30 on July 18, 2018, the Defendant intruded into the female toilets of 5 stories in Ansan-si, with an intention to satisfy the Defendant’s sexual desire by viewing or photographing the toilets used by unspecified women, etc.

B. On July 26, 2018, the Defendant, around 20:00, entered the female toilets with a view to satisfy the Defendant’s sexual desire, such as viewing or photographing the toilets used by unspecified women in front of the 3rd floor C sexual surgery of the Gu, and into the female toilets with a view to satisfy the Defendant’s sexual desire.

The Defendant, at the same date and time as paragraph 1(a), and at the same place, sought to photograph the body of the victim where the Defendant’s smartphones in his/her possession are melting the victim E (tentative names), and the Defendant’s smartphones in his/her possession, which reported the use of the toilet partitions.
