A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

2. Between February 20, 2018 and February 21, 2018, from around 15:20 to February 04:40, 2018, the Defendant, a minor rape, committed three-time sexual intercourse by inserting the Defendant’s sexual organ into the victim’s sexual organ during the victim’s sexual organ.
