1. 피해자 I에 대한 범행 피고인은 2016. 12. 경 부산 남구에 있는 상호를 알 수 없는 모텔 내에서 욕조에 누워 있는 피해자 I( 남, 13세) 의 성기를 손으로 만지고, 피해자의 성기를 입에 넣어 핥는 등 2017. 7. 9.까지 아래 범죄 일람표 (1) 과 같이 3회에 걸쳐 아동인 피해자에게 음란한 행위를 시키거나 이를 매개하는 행위 또는 성적 수치심을 주는 성희롱 등의 성적 학대행위를 하였다.

2. 피해자 J에 대한 범행 피고인은 2017. 7. 7. 저녁 부산 남구 K에 있는 ‘L’ 모텔 내에서, 팬티만 입고 침대에 누워 있는 피해자 J( 남, 14세 )에게 키스를 하고 팬티를 벗긴 후 피해자의 성기를 만지고 입으로 핥은 후, 피해자의 항문에 젤을 바르고 항문에 손가락을 넣는 등 2017. 7. 9.까지 아래 범죄 일람표 (2) 와 같이 3회에 걸쳐 아동인 피해자에게 음란한 행위를 시키거나 이를 매개하는 행위 또는 성적 수치심을 주는 성희롱 등의 성적 학대행위를 하였다.
