A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for nine years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the father and father of the victim B (here and C).

1. Violation of the Child Welfare Act (voluntary coercion, intermediary, sexual harassment, etc. against a child);

A. On October 2017, the Defendant, at around 20:00 to 20:30 on October 2017, 2017, had sexual intercourse by inserting the Defendant’s sexual organ into the victim’s sound book, among the following: (a) at the Defendant’s house located in the OOOOO of the building D in Mapopo-si, Sinpo-si; (b) the victim’s body is sealed; and (c) the victim’s body was frightened; and (d) the Defendant’s sexual organ was inserted into the victim’s sound book.

Accordingly, the defendant committed sexual abuse that causes sexual humiliation to the victim who is a child.

B. From November to December 2018, 2018 to December 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s house located in the OOOO of the D-dong D-dong D-dong D-dong D-dong D-dong (OOO) around 10:00, the Defendant: (b) reported the victim’s body, carried a bridge up to the victim’s body; and (c) added the victim’s panty to the victim’s body; and (d) had sexual intercourse by inserting the victim’s panty by inserting the victim’s panty; and (d) inserting the Defendant’s sexual organ into the part of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant committed sexual abuse that causes sexual humiliation to the victim who is a child.

C. Around February 2019, the Defendant had sexual intercourse by inserting the victim’s panty panty to bucks and inserting the Defendant’s sexual organ into the part of the victim at around 22:00 on February 2, 2019, at the Defendant’s dwelling space located under the OOOOO of the D building at Sinpo-si, Gunpo-si.

Accordingly, the defendant committed sexual abuse that causes sexual humiliation to the victim who is a child.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Rape in Relatives) is at the small room of the Defendant, at around 16:00 to 17:00 on December 2, 2018, the Defendant returned from a school, at the lower room of the Defendant’s residence located in the OOOO of the Ddong D Building, i.e., Sinpo-si, Gunpo-si, and rhys the Victim’s arms and matho, rhys the Victim’s clothes, and rhys the Victim’s chests with his clothes.
