Punishment of the crime
On January 7, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment for larceny in the Seoul Central District Court and completed the execution of the sentence in the Southern Prison on July 31, 201.

1. Around 18:00 on January 13, 2013, the Defendant acquired financial benefits equivalent to the amount of the PC used (from January 13, 2013 to January 14, 2013) because the Defendant was provided by the victim D in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with an amount equivalent to 18,900 won of the PC used (from January 13, 2013 to January 15, 2013) even though the Defendant did not intend or have the ability to pay the PC used.

2. On February 8, 2013, at HPCs located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, which was operated by the victim F, the Defendant: (a) had no intent or ability to pay the PC use fee; and (b) had been provided by the said victim No. 25 hours from the said victim to February 9, 2013; and (c) had been used approximately 14 hours from the said time to February 08, 2013; and (d) had not paid an amount equivalent to KRW 20,000 of the usage fee, and acquired financial benefits equivalent to the said amount.

On February 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 09:50, the PC bank located in the GJ in Gwangju-si operated by the victim I; and (b) even though there is no intent or ability to pay the PC use fee, the Defendant was provided by the said victim No. 33 p.m., and was provided by the said victim with the PC bank No. 33 times from that time to February 6, 2013, and did not pay approximately KRW 15,000 for 15 hours from that time; and (c) acquired financial benefits equivalent to the said amount.

4. On January 1, 2013, from around 16:00 to 14:00 of the following day, the Defendant: (a) in the “M” room on the second floor, Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L 2; (b) as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the PC fee, the Defendant would pay the PC fee.
