Punishment of the crime

The Defendant did not pay user fees to the victim E.

[2013Kadan4736] On August 15, 2013, the Defendant, around 1:10 on August 15, 2013, committed as if the Defendant would normally pay the cost of use in the “H” bank operated by the victim G with F2 stories in Young-gu, Young-gu, Gyeonggi-gu.

However, there was no money in fact that the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the user fee even if he was provided with the service on the PC.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim and being provided with one computer from the victim, had the victim use the PC services from that time to 08:00 on the following day, acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to 39,100 won.

[2013Kadan4748] On August 11, 2013, the Defendant changed from the "JJ" bank located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to allow the victim K to use the PC in a normal way by allowing its employees to pay the PC fee.

However, there was no intention or ability to pay the PC user fee.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim and using the PC for 13 hours to 03 minutes from the victim, did not pay the amount equivalent to 10,500 won of the fee, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to the said amount.

[2013 Highest 4752] The Defendant, from August 19, 2013 to October 10, 2013, did not have an intent or ability to pay service charges to the said victim in the “Nmi” on the fourth floor of the victim’s 4th floor located in Suwon-si L, Suwon-si from August 19, 2013.
