Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2014 High 757" did not have an intention or ability to pay the PC user fee, etc. due to the lack of money to a person living without a certain occupation.

Nevertheless, around 00:30 on July 16, 2013, the Defendant entered the “D” (PC) bank operated by the victim C on the first floor underground of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B, Yeongdeungpo-gu, and did not pay the cost of KRW 15,800 but did not pay the cost of KRW 15,800.

around 17:48 on July 17, 2013, the Defendant used the PC as if he were to pay user fees from GPC room operated by the victim F in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E.

However, the defendant did not have cash and did not have any other means of payment, such as credit cards, so even if he was provided with the PC use service, there was no intention or ability to pay the service fee.

From July 19, 2013 to 11:00 on July 19, 2013, the Defendant provided PC use services equivalent to 36,300 won, and acquired economic benefits equivalent to the same amount.

At around 02:20 on August 14, 2013, the Defendant, “2014 Highly 759,” committed as if the Defendant would normally pay the victim I located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, and used the Internet computer for about four hours.

However, the Defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the amount to the victim from the beginning because there was no credit card, which is cash or alternative means of payment.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, provided services to use the Internet computer for about four hours from the victim, and did not pay KRW 7,800 to the victim, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to that amount.

The defendant of "2014 High 760" did not have the intention or ability to pay the PC fee even if he enters the PC.
