Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, despite the fact that he is not a handler of narcotics, dealt with the Mepta (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) and marijuana, which is a local mental medicine, as follows:

1. On January 30, 2017, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 100,000,000 from F on January 30, 2017, from the alleyway adjacent to the E building located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, for approximately KRW 1g of phiphones.

2. Meon medication on February 1, 2017.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones jointly with I.

B. On February 1, 2017, around 19:20, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, dilution with biocom, and injected them into one’s arms.

3. On February 1, 2017, the Defendant smoked in a way that around 06:00, around H B103 as indicated in No. 2-A around H B103, he placed approximately 0.2g g of marijuana, which he possessed, in a pipe made of Aluminum aluminium, in a pipe, with a stringer attached with a stringer, and smoked in a way that the strings were spreaded with I.

5. On October 28, 2016, the Defendant traded Handphones: (a) KRW 500,000 in the name of N on the account of a national bank (Account Number M) in the name of L used by a deceased (J) in a light place on October 28, 2016.
