A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Five (Evidence Nos. 1 and 7), 40 (Evidence Nos. 2 through 6), which have been seized vinyls.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than a handler of narcotics, shall sell or administer Mept caphographs (one philophone, hereinafter referred to as "philophones"), who are not a handler of narcotics, nor sell or smoke marijuana, and the defendant is not a handler of narcotics, etc.

1. On December 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) issued KRW 1.50,000 to E in the Dart parking lot located in Busan Seo-gu, Busan; (b) purchased phiphones by delivery of approximately 1g of phiphones in transparent plastic bags from E; and (c) purchased phiphones on three occasions in total from around that time to January 4, 2017, including purchase of phiphones by delivery of approximately 1g of phiphones in transparent plastic bags; and (d) purchased phiphones from around that time.

2. On December 23, 2016, the Defendant administered philophones over 13 occasions in total, such as G 407, which is the Defendant’s residence in Kimhae-siF, put about 0.03g of philophones into a injection machine and dilution them into a philophone, and injected philophones into a arms bloodline, and around that time, from around January 12, 2017, the Defendant administered philophones over 13 times in total.

3. At around 22:55 on January 12, 2017, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s residence, kept three transparent plastic bags containing a non-fluoron on the kitchen table, one transparent plastic plastic bag containing a non-fluoronon on the kitchen table, one kitchen bag containing a non-fluoronon on the kitchen table at the place, and one injection bag containing a liquid 0.2mlon containing a non-fluoronon on the kitchen at the kitchen room at the above Defendant’s residence, and kept two dluor in total containing a non-fluoronon on the luor board of a vehicle owned by the Defendant on the street at the above residence, and possessed a 1-6.13mhon with a non-fluoron board each of which contains a non-fluorononon on the kitchen board, respectively.

4. The Defendant traded marijuana: (a) on January 201, 2017, the purchase price for marijuana shall be KRW 50,000,000, from the place where the Defendant was located in an insular police station in the aftermath of the Gyeongnam-gun.
