A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant dealt with the following handling of Mescophographs (one philophone, hereinafter “philophones”) designated as a local mental medicine even if he is not a narcotics handler.
1. On January 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) reported the advertisement of the Internet drug sales to purchase the phiphone from D through D; (b) on the same day, around 18:45, the Defendant: (c) deposited KRW 700,000 into the G account in the name of a F-based corporate bank designated by the said phiphone seller using the ATM machine at the corporate bank located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul; (d) transferred KRW 600,000 to the account designated by the said phiphone seller at around 22:0 on the same day; and (e) traded the phiphone by means of bringing about approximately 20,000 gram of the phiphone, which was sealed as a plastic package at the urine location in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul.
2. Sale and medication of philophones.
A. On January 1, 2018, at around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 50,000 from the I 50,000 from the SNS-based Mosculing app H and D, and sold a philophone; (b) immediately dilution the said rophone with the luculon with the luculon; and (c) injected the luculon with the luculon with the luculous luculon using the luculon with the same quantity of the luculon in possession of the Defendant India.
B. On February 6, 2018, at around 19:00, the Defendant injected the phiphones into the blood body using a single-use injection device by dilution with approximately 0.05g phiphones 1001 in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul, and administered phiphones.
3. On February 6, 2018, around 22:15, the Defendant possession of phiphones, with a view to selling or delivering phiphones to persons engaged in SNS-rating app L or D from around 1001, and with a view to selling or delivering phiphones, one injection machine containing approximately 0.1mlml of liquid dilution dilution under the guest room decoration, and approximately 0.73gl of phiphones in a household room.
