A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant, who is not a narcotics handler, was not allowed to sell, possess, administer, etc. Mesophopa (one philophone, hereinafter referred to as “philophone”) which is a local mental medicine, the Defendant handled philophones as follows.

1. On May 2, 2017, the Defendant: around 19:30 on May 2, 2017, up to KRW 500,000 in cash for the purchase of phiphones in a non-commercial mail box near Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Mapo-gu; and immediately up to KRW 1,000,000 in cash, one of the disposable injections containing approximately 1g of phiphones below the lids in a toilet near the outlet designated by the sales books.

In other words, philophones were purchased in a way that they purchased.

2. On May 2017, the Defendant: (a) delivered oponon; and (b) administered opononon around 19:00 as of May 20, 2017, by dividing the opon into two parts: (c) 0.01g of opononon in the room room at Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C and 5; and (d) delivered one opon to D; (b) delivered the opon to D; and (c) administered the opon in a way that the opon was injected into the blood body of the Defendant for which the remainder of the opon was taken.

3. On June 5, 2017, the Defendant, at around 00:10 on June 5, 2017, injected philophones into one’s fore-mail using a philophone in the same place as indicated in paragraph 2 above, and administered philophones. After dilution approximately 0.05g of philophones into one’s fore-mail.

4. On June 5, 2017, the Defendant, around June 22:35, 2017, kept a single-use injection device ( approximately 0.3ml) for which a non-fluoropon is mixed in his/her household-based plastic bag for the purpose of selling and delivering it to a commercial trade partner engaged in sexual traffic, which is linked with smartphone-based app G, in front of the F. in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and one non-fluor ( approximately 0.2ml) for which a non-fluoropon is mixed.

5. On July 27, 2017, the Defendant, who received phiphones, was involved in vinyls from the other J in front of the I hotel located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul around July 27, 2017.
