A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 08:44 March 13, 2015, the Defendant driving a vehicle at the low speed without obtaining a driver’s license from the section of about 18 km-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, Dongdaemun-do, to the inside cycle juncheon-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul.

2. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act at the time and time, as the Defendant was discovered to be in violation of the duty to check personal information and to present a driver’s license from the head of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E resident registration number (F) that was known to D as his resident registration number, due to the Defendant’s violation of the duty to check personal information on the front of the horse lap in front of the horse lap in front of the city street in Dongdaemun-gu,

In this respect, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.

3. The Defendant: (a) entered the name, resident registration number, etc. of the Defendant, as described in paragraph (2), into a penalty payment notice using a PDA device that he was in possession of the aforementioned date, time, place, etc.; (b) entered the name, resident registration number, etc. of the Defendant into the foregoing PDA device; and (c) forged E’s signature in the signature column of the above PEA device; and (d) entered it in the signature column of the above notification form and forged it; and (e) had D, who is aware of the forgery, printed out the penalty payment notice stating the forgery E’s signature.

Accordingly, the defendant forged another person's signature for the purpose of exercising it, and exercised it.
