1. Larceny;
A. On January 10, 2019, around 18:36, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by having a 1,50,000 won of cash owned by the victim, which includes a 10,000 won letter, student card, credit card, etc., of KRW 1,50,000,000, in Suwon-si, Suwon-si B, and CPC on the books of the computer.
B. At around 10:30 on January 14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim G with a 150,000 won verification reflectors in the market price owned by the victim, with the victim G put on the front door of the computer, and with the locking door on the upper door of the computer, around 10,000 won.
C. At around 07:50 on January 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of the victim’s cash 1,000 won in the market price owned by the victim J on his/her computer books; and (b) half of the market price with a credit card at KRW 50,000 in the market price.
On January 31, 2019, at the LPC bank located in K in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si around 21:35, the Defendant: (a) stolen one of the Nbank cream cards (O) holding the victim M on the computer book; and (b) taking one of the Nbank cream cards (O) holding the victim’s seat on the computer book.
2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On January 31, 2019, the Defendant ordered Qmancheon-gun cafeteria, a total of KRW 6,000, and Kim Jong-chul, which was operated by the victim non-fluor P in Suwon-si P, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to pay 6,000 won for the above type of business by suggesting that the Defendant was the Defendant’s physical card (O) in the name of M, which was stolen, as described in paragraph 1(d), as the Defendant’s physical card.
