A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 26, 2013, around 12:50 on April 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s PC from the victim’s PC bank located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with cash 170,000 won, credit cards, identification cards, etc., which included the victim’s PC transferred between the victim E to the toilet in the lock-si.

3. On May 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 15:00, at the “J” room located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu I, the Victim K laid off the wall on the computer table; and (b) the Defendant stolen KRW 74,000 in cash owned by the victim in the toilet, which was located in the toilet.

On June 11, 2013, at the PC located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L on June 22 and 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) laid off and stolen the Defendant’s PC bags, with the victim’s N on the computer table, with a resident registration certificate, a credit card 3, a physical card 1, a credit card 2, a credit card 50,000 won of the market price of the victim’s possession, accompanied by a card of KRW 4 of KRW 100,00,000.

7. The Defendant, around 14:20 on July 2, 2013, posted the victim W on the computer table in the “V” room located in Seocheon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seocheon-si.
