When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On July 20, 2012, the defendant is a person who was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with labor at the District Court on July 20, 2012 for the violation of the Road Traffic Act and the violation of the Road Traffic Act.
