【Criminal Power】 On July 20, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving and Driving without Permission) at the District Court of Jung-gu on July 20, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 28, 2012.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around 20:40 on June 9, 201, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving and Non-licensed Driving) driven C Poter Cargo at approximately KRW 0.164% of the blood alcohol concentration without a car driver’s license, from the construction site of the Sacheon-gun Sacheon-gun Seoul Hongcheon-gun in writing to approximately KRW 744, Gicheon-gun Hongcheon-gun in writing.

2. No one who violates the Construction Machinery Management Act shall erase the registration numbers of construction machinery or make it difficult to distinguish them;

Nevertheless, at around 12:00 on March 15, 201, the Defendant removed the registration number plate of F slicker F, a construction machine, from the street in front of the E-cafeteria located in Gangwon-si, Gangwon-do, D, by using a slickner, making it difficult to distinguish the registration number.
