1. Defendant A

A. Although a person violating the Automobile Management Act with respect to the decommissioning of automobile parts does not dismantle a motor (power generating device) and power transmission device, boarding device, and goods loading device on a motor vehicle, the Defendant was willing to dismantle the motor vehicle with K and sell its parts.

1) From around 07:00 on June 27, 2013 to around 09:0, the Defendant separated opoter 2 cargo vehicles in the Mack L L L from the macker’s seat and loaded them by means of spackners, and K cut and dismantled the remainder into three equal parts by using an oxygen racker. Accordingly, the Defendant dismantled a vehicle in collusion with K. 2) from around 07:0 on July 7, 2013 to around 09:0, the Defendant dismantled Qpoter 2 cargo vehicles owned by P from the above Mackter to 3rd parts by cutting it into three equal parts by using an oxygen racker.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with K, dismantled an automobile.

B. On July 20, 2013, no person violating the Automobile Management Act with respect to the deletion of the chassis number plate shall erase the chassis number of an automobile or make it illegible, but the Defendant deleted the chassis number of an automobile owned by the Poter 2 from the Poter on July 20, 2013.

C. On May 30, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a UAE car at approximately 40 km section from the Defendant’s residence located in the Chang-si Masan Member T to Ma in the Kimhae-si L without obtaining a driver’s license on May 30, 2013.

From that time to July 11, 2013, the Defendant did not obtain a driver's license over a total of eight times as shown in the attached Table 1 List of Offenses.
