A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
A. The Defendant, along with his name-free persons, conspired to post an advertisement on the sales of narcotics on the Internet for the purpose of selling narcotics to unspecified purchasers, and the Defendant intended to post an advertisement on the sales of narcotics on the Internet, and the name-free persons, who reported and contacted the advertisement, to sell narcotics to unspecified purchasers of narcotics.

As a result, the Defendant conspiredd with the person who was unaware of the name, and thereby widely known information about the prohibited act of the Narcotics Control Act to others.
B. On November 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) sold ethyl oxides in the form of 50,000 won in return, to D, prior to “C Council members” located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) sold radioactive drugs in the form of luxing KRW 14,00,000, in return, from around that time until March 27, 2019; and (c) sold ethyl oxides in the form of 470,000 won in attached Table 1, such as the statement in attached Table 1.
2. The Defendant, around November 5, 2018, received insurance benefits equivalent to KRW 148,050,050, out of 10,810, out of the medical expenses and medicine expenses, from the victim of the National Health Insurance Corporation to the cost of insurance benefits in the process of purchasing ethyl melts at the “E pharmacy” under a medical prescription issued by the Defendant for treatment as if the Defendant had been in a water surface disorder, and having him/her receive treatment. The same amount shall be the same as the insurance benefits of KRW 148,050, in the same way between around that time and March 27, 2019, as described in the attached Table 2.
