A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he handled the following narcotics:

1. On April 2018, the Defendant: (a) paid 100,000 won in cash to D at the ethyl ethyl content around the Cridge in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul; (b) purchased ethyl melting 28 ethyl content with ethyl content, which is psychotropic drugs; (c) from that time until March 12, 2019, the Defendant purchased ethyl melting ethyl content by paying 1830,000 won in total by the same method as indicated in Table 1 of the Crimes, as indicated in Table 1 of the Crimes.

Accordingly, the Defendant traded psychotropic drugs.

2. The Defendant shall, around January 10, 2019, receive 3.60,000 won from E at the price for ethyl ethyl melting ingredients of psychotropic drugs, a psychotropic drug, from around 3.60,000 won.

1. A around 14. The same year after he/she delivers ethyl oxide 56 in Gangnam-gu Seoul with a door-to-door distribution;

2. 3. The Defendant’s account (Account Number): (a) sold ethyl oxide using a method of 3.60,000 won in the name of the Defendant; (b) from that time until March 15, 2019, up to 14 times in the same manner as indicated in the list of crimes, sold ethyl oxide 897.

Accordingly, the Defendant traded psychotropic drugs.

3. On March 18, 2019, the Defendant attempted to sell psychotropic drugs: (a) deposited 420,000 won at the ethyl oxide price in the ethyl content via the account as described in paragraph (2) to E; (b) delivered ethyl oxide 84 in Gangnam-gu Seoul on the same day by baggage; (c) however, around the 20th day of the same month, E was arrested by the police officers belonging to the Chungcheongnam-nam Regional Police Agency and did not receive the said ethyl content.
