A On October 26, 2017, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced the imprisonment of six months to be a crime of fraud, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 3, 2017.

1. Defendants in violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. are invited to sell them on the Internet by prescribing “sethyl lux” containing “stroke m” containing “stroke m,” even though they are not narcotics handlerss; and

From December 21, 2016 to March 12, 2017, to E, who reported and contacted the Internet advertisement on its own at the entrances of stairs of the building D in Ildong-gu, U.S. on a large scale of 11:00 on December 21, 2016, selling ethyl 1.3 million won in cash from that time to March 12, 2017 in the same manner, including selling ethyl 297 square meters in total, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form;

B. On April 3, 2017, around 17:20, the police officers, who reported Internet advertisements in front of the “G” hospital in Suwon-si F, and expressed their intent to purchase them, received cash of 150,000 won through Kwikset services, and did not commit such attempted crimes with the wind to arrest the police officers, as the wind.

2. The Defendants were sentenced to KRW 80,000,000 in cash from the victim H who tried to report the advertisement of ethyl oxide sales made by them in the vicinity of the Suwon Women's Center located in Suwon-si on March 13, 2017, even though the Defendants could no longer sell ethyl starch because of the lack of ethyl gas, and received KRW 80,000,00 in cash from the victim H to the Defendant H who tried to purchase the ethyl gas through Kwikset service engineer.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to deception the victim and received the goods.
