A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 201, 201, the Defendant: (a) around 15:00 in the middle of April 201, the Defendant, who interfered with the duties of a police officer, went to a convenience store by talking to the victim of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “this two-years, the same aged; and (b) the victim, without any reason, of tobacco, expressed the victim’s desire to “this two-years, the same aged; and (c) the victim, who had been within the above convenience store, expressed the victim’s desire to read “I Chewing, the inside, and the inside.”

Thus, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s convenience store business by force.

2. On July 201, the Defendant, at around 21:00 at the end of July, 201, purchased canns, and made the victim D take a bath with the large voice of “this year hyp hyp hyp hyp” without any justifiable reason, while taking a beer and beer, and going out of the cans installed prior to the above convenience store, and trying to come to the above convenience store and take a bath to the customers who want to come to the above convenience store, and let them not enter, and walk up with 30,000 won of the market value of the victim’s ownership.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the convenience store business of the victim by force, and damaged the property owned by the victim.

3. On April 2012, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 15:00 on the early April 15, 2012, at the “CU convenience store” as indicated in paragraphs (1) and (2) above, the Defendant took a cU convenience store with a cash payment machine and a calculating unit in the convenience store; (b) the Defendant, who was the victim, took a bath to the employees of the victim’s name in secret, using the larger sound called “the hacker who would be Chewing from the opening.” (c) the Defendant took a heavy bath to the customers within the convenience store.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's convenience store business by force.

4. On June 2012, the Defendant, who interfered with the duties of a policeman, purchased tobacco at the “CU convenience store” as set out in paragraphs 1 through 3 of the above Article, around 19:00, on June 6, 2012.
