Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 11, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of interference with business in the Seocho District Court’s territorial branch on January 22, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gangnam Prison on January 22, 2014.
1. Interference with business;

At around 14:55 on July 10, 2015, the Defendant, while drunk at the same place as the above paragraph (a) and without any reason, took a bath with a large amount of five minutes, thereby obstructing the victim F’s marina business by force.
E. On October 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00, at the “I” restaurant operated by the Victim H in the Gangseoyang-gun G, Gangwon-gu, and (b) on the ground that the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol and prevented the victim from walking to customers in the said restaurant, the Defendant: (c) extracted the snow of whether “this two-year-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-year-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-rohing-rohed-rohing.” The Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force
2. On August 201, 2014, the Defendant forcedd the Defendant “K” operated by the Victim J (W, 55 years of age) located in the G of the Gangwon Yangyang-gun G.
