Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

One diversye (No. 1) seized shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On April 25, 2007, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special robbery at night and for larceny at night, and on May 10, 2009, the execution of the sentence was terminated.

1. On October 6, 2012, at the EPC room operated by the victim D(33 years old) in Busan Shipping Daegu C and 2nd floor, the Defendant: (a) opened a credit cooperative that was not locked in a camera with crepits in a toilet to clean up, and (b) cut off cash of 180,000 won (10,000 won, 180 won, labs) in order for F to clean up.

2. 강도미수 피고인은 2012. 10. 9. 02:25경 부산 해운대구 G에 있는 H마트 에서, 나무막대(길이 30cm )를 오른손에 쥔 채 상의 안에 넣어 마치 칼을 가지고 있는 것처럼 위장한 후 종업원인 피해자 I(23세)에게 “칼을 가지고 있다. 시키는 대로 하지 않으면 칼로 찔러버리겠다. 금고 속에 있는 돈을 모두 내놓아라!”라고 협박하여 위 피해자가 반항하지 못하게 한 다음 위 피해자로부터 현금을 강취하려 하였으나 성명 불상의 손님이 위 마트에 들어옴으로써 그 뜻을 이루지 못하고 미수에 그쳤다.
