A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 25, 2018, around 02:20 on July 25, 2018, the Defendant, along with B, was in front of the five-story guide room in the Eel of the victim’s operation in Busan Shipping Daegu C, and the said victim was removed from the window of the Defendant’s information room, and B had the keys of the entrance door of the above Moel F guest room in custody outside the information room.

As a result, the Defendant intruded the room possessed by the said victim in collaboration with B, and stolen the objects owned by the said victim jointly with B.

2. On July 25, 2018, at around 02:38, the Defendant, along with B, entered the entrance locker system by using a stolen key in front of the MourF guest room as described in paragraph (1) where the Victim G (WW 50 years of age) and the Victim H was well-established, and entered the entrance locker system by using the stolen key. At the same time, the Defendant, at the same time, had two hedgers, at the market price equivalent to KRW 35,000, 1, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, and 30,000,000 of the market price owned by the Victim H.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the room possessed by the above victims jointly with B, and stolen the articles owned by the above victims jointly with B.
