Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 23, 2009, the defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in Busan District Court on April 3, 2012 and completed the execution of the sentence.

On July 28, 2012, at around 03:55, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim E (the age of 46) who walked the Handbag in the front of the singing practice room in Busan Shipping Daegu CDD, Busan, with a view to taking the said handbag on the shoulder.

While following the victim, the Defendant committed an assault, such as: (a) the victim’s rear side was prevented from suffering the victim’s left hand; (b) the victim left the said handbag on his hand; (c) the victim did not set the handbag; (d) the victim continued to take the handbag on his own by strong force; and (e) the victim took the handbag on his floor; and (e) took the victim’s resistance over the floor, and (e) took the handbag on the market price that includes 90,000 won in cash, etc. owned by the victim, thereby taking the above handbag on his market price.
