1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for payment of KRW 369,280,238 and KRW 165,00,000, out of the said amount.

Description of Claim

With respect to the amount of KRW 165,00,00 that Defendant Company borrowed from Komato 2 Savings Bank (U.S. Mutual Savings Bank) on the joint and several guarantee of Defendant B, C, and D on January 30, 1998, the Defendant Company requested the Plaintiff who acquired the above loan claim from the above savings bank on June 28, 201 to claim the payment of the outstanding principal and interest of the loan to the Defendants who acquired the above loan claim from the above savings bank on June 28, 201 (the lawsuit to extend the prescription of the judgment bond under the Decision 2003Da11031 Decided September 5, 2003) (the judgment by public notice) Articles 208(3)3 and 194 of the Civil Procedure Act of applicable provisions of the Civil Procedure Act (the judgment by public notice).
