1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for payment of KRW 200,000,000, out of KRW 335,863,013 and the above amount.

Description of Claim

With respect to the Defendants’ joint and several sureties Co., Ltd.’s non-Energy amounting to one billion won (one billion won each guarantee limit) loaned from the Bank of Korea under the joint and several sureties’s guarantee limit on August 27, 2008, Defendant A, who received the Plaintiff’s above loan claim from the Bank of Korea on June 30, 2009, is subject to Article 208(3)3 and Article 194 of the Civil Procedure Act, against Defendant B of the applicable provisions for claiming the payment of unpaid loan interest against the Defendants who received the above loan claim from the Bank of Korea on June 30, 2009.
