1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 874,873,866 and the amount of KRW 273,791,540 from November 14, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Articles 208(3)3 and 194 of the Civil Procedure Act of the Act on Procedure for the Civil Procedure to apply mutatis mutandis to a suit for an extension of the period of prescription against the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendant (the total amount of outstanding principal and interest of KRW 874,873,866 and its principal and interest of KRW 273,791,540, Nov. 13, 2014) based on the final judgment of the case, such as Seoul Central District Court 2004Gahap669, against the Defendant.
