A. It is against 265,042,430 won out of the above amount and 1,291,557,752 won in case of Defendant Alternative aluminium Co., Ltd.

Description of Claim

The Bank of Korea’s loans worth KRW 1,233,526,00 (the Defendant A provided loans of KRW 300 million up to KRW 2330 million for loans of KRW 100 million, and joint guarantee up to KRW 130 million for loans of KRW 100 million) owed by the Plaintiff on December 29, 198 shall be the principal and interest of outstanding loans (the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendants against the Seoul Central District Court 2003Gahap75713 against the Defendants and filed a final and conclusive judgment, but the lawsuit of this case was filed for the extension of prescription) under Articles 208(3)3 and 194 of the Civil Procedure Act applicable mutatis mutandis to the provisions of the Civil Procedure Act (the judgment by service by public notice).
