3. On December 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 1,100,000,000,000,000 from the said account used by C to purchase approximately five grams of phiphones from C on December 28, 2015; and (b) received approximately five grams of phiphones sent from Daegu to G in Seocho-gu, Seoul.

4. On January 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 1 million out of KRW 1,100,000,000 to the said account used by C in order to purchase approximately 5 grams from C around January 4, 2016; (b) and (c) received approximately 5g of the penphone that C sent from Daegu to G in Seocho-gu, Seoul.

5. On January 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 100,000,000 out of 1.1.1 million of philophones to the above account used by C to purchase approximately five grams from C around January 30, 2016; and (b) received approximately five grams of philophones sent from Daegu to G in Seocho-gu, Seoul.

6. On January 31, 2016, the Defendant for the purchase of phiphones is a phiphoneopon with the above account used by C in order to purchase approximately five grams of phiphones from C around January 31, 2016.
