A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

2,50,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

On May 27, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at Seoul Northern District Court on May 27, 201, and completed the execution of a sentence on June 15, 2015.

1. On March 24, 2016, around March 24, 2016, the Defendant purchased and arranged to purchase and sell Melopopopon from another person in an opportunity to purchase Melopon to be used by himself/herself, and purchased Melopon from another person, and received 500,000 won for Melopon to the company bank account (E) in the name of D used by C at around 14:14 of the same day, and received 50,000 won for Melopon from the Melopon to Melopon in front of the G Helopon located in the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, Dongdaemun-gu, and received 50,000 won for 10,000 won for total and 500,000 won for the Defendant’s Melopon from the Melopon and received 50,000 won for Melopon from the Melopon to C.

2. On March 27, 2016, around March 27, 2016, the Defendant purchased and arranged the purchase and sale of phiphones from other persons to purchase the phiphones from other persons, and then transferred KRW 1,00,000 to the corporate bank account (J) used by I at around 1:06 on the same day. At around 13:00 on the same day, at around 13:00, approximately 5 g of phiphones from I before K, the Defendant’s house, at around the same day, received KRW 50,000 in cash from C before the Defendant’s residence, and 2.1g of phiphones around the same day.

As a result, the Defendant purchased 5.8g of psychotropic drugs in total, even though he is not a person handling narcotics, and arranged the trade of 4.2g of philophones.

3. On April 10, 2016, the Defendant, around April 10, 2016, traded phiphones, via C, approximately 0.7g of philophones he/she had around April 10, 2016.
