A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. At around 15:00 on February 2, 2013, the Defendant stolen the victim’s new card (E) on the part of the victim’s wall located on his/her book at the victim’s house located on his/her own, located on his/her own, located on his/her own, from the victim’s wall located on his/her own.

B. At around 09:30 on March 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen a victim-owned card with one copy of the victim-owned Korean card located on his/her book; (b) around 09:30 on March 24, 2013, at the victim D’s house located in Namnam-gun C.

2. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) around February 23, 2013, at G Hospital’s office division located in the Republic of Korea, the Defendant illegally used the victim’s resident registration certificate by reproducing the victim’s resident registration certificate previously held to terminate the suspension of use with the knowledge that the stolen card, such as “(A)(1)” was subject to the suspension of use; (b) and then transmitting it to the new card by facsimile. (c) On February 12:53, 2013, at the “J” operated by the victim I in the Republic of Korea, the Defendant purchased clothes equivalent to KRW 545,20 won at the market price, despite the lack of the intent or ability to pay clothes value; and (d) subsequently, the Defendant continued to use the stolen credit card in the form of a stolen credit card, including the victim’s new credit card, with the amount of KRW 200,00,000,000 in total and KRW 50,000,000,00.
