A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. At around 04:50 on March 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked in the front of the front parking lot of the Yong-Namnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, did not correct the Category D car; and (b) stolen, with cash KRW 100,000 (Section 50,000) from the wall on the part of the victim’s possession.
