Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 26, 2012, the Defendant discovered that, at the D office of the management of the victim C in 209, Won-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, 21:00, the victim was on his/her own wall, and the victim had one copy of the Love Card, the victim was on his/her own, which is the victim's possession in the above B office.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On April 27, 2012, the Defendant issued an order to pay the drinking value at the alcohol house called “G” for the operation of the victim FF in Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul, with the same attitude, and presented the stolen C’s credit card as if it were one’s credit card. As such, the Defendant had the victim prepare sales slips equivalent to KRW 200,000, and received the same amount of alcohol and alcohol by signing and delivering the sales slips in the preceding chart.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received property, and illegally used another person's credit card that was stolen.

B. On April 27, 2012, the Defendant ordered alcohol and alcohol at the victim F’s foregoing alcohol house, and presented the credit card of the victim C, as seen above, and received a delivery of alcohol and alcohol equivalent to KRW 100,000 by the said method.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received property, and illegally used another person's credit card that was stolen.

C. On April 27, 2012, the Defendant purchased cosmetics from the “J” of the victim I’s operation of the Young-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, and received a delivery of cosmetics equivalent to KRW 120,000 by presenting the stolen C’s credit card as above.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received property, and illegally used the stolen credit card of another.

On April 27, 2012, the Defendant issued an order for alcohol and alcohol at the “M station” for the operation of the Victim L, which is located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul.
