A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From 2009 to 2019, the Defendant worked as the Secretary General of B (Change of name to C in 2016) and the managing director, and was in charge of accounting affairs of B for about ten years.

Around 9.00: (a) around the same day, a subsidy of KRW 20,00,000, total of KRW 31,000,000, which was paid from the victim’s seal group was not used for any purpose other than its original purpose; (b) after entering into a contract with the above F Representative E to supply facilities, the amount of KRW 3,820,00,000 was received and paid as if the goods were supplied with KRW 5,520,00, and the amount was paid in installments as if the goods were supplied with KRW 5,520,00; (c) on the same day, the amount was remitted from KRW 1,70,000 to the Defendant’s account managed by the Defendant; (d) from April 8, 2010 to June 20, 2019, the sum of KRW 1,700,0000,000 was returned to the Defendant’s total of KRW 4,010,510,2000,00.
