A Imprisonment for six months, each of the defendants B, C, and D shall be punished by a fine of 2,50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and Defendant D’s joint criminal conduct are those who registered the business operator in the name of the Defendant’s child F from around 1987 to sell agricultural materials and install a vinyl house in the trade name of “G”. Defendant D is those engaged in the business of cultivating vinyl.

In promoting "the project for the specialization of forestry in 2012", the Gangwon-do Human Resources group selected those eligible for support upon receipt of an application for the establishment of a vinyl house for the cultivation of medicinal herbs from farmers, and promoted the above project by providing the farmers eligible for support with the subsidy of KRW 12,240,00 out of the project cost of KRW 18,145,00 (the national subsidy of KRW 6,800,000, 1,020, 1,020, 420,000, 4,000, and the military subsidy of KRW 5,905,000,000 among the project cost.

Defendant

A, around April 2, 2013, entered into a contract to install two plastic houses with Defendant D, agreed to do installation works on the 15,000,000 plastic houses, and decided to receive only a part of the charges to be borne by Defendant D from Defendant D, and received a subsidy from Defendant D.

On June 11, 2013, Defendant A submitted a written contract stating that he/she entered into a contract for KRW 18,145,000 of the construction cost, and Defendant D paid KRW 2,00,00 of the own contributions to the Nonghyup Bank account in the above F name on May 21, 201, and KRW 3,905,00 of the remainder of the self-payment contributions to KRW 5,905,00,000, around June 17, 2013.

However, in fact, the Defendants concluded the above contract with the actual construction cost of KRW 15,00,000,000 as well as Defendant D's share of KRW 2,760,000 among the shares to be borne by Defendant D.
