On April 21, 2019, the Defendant, on April 21, 2019, took a H taxi operated by the victim G on the road located outside the forest market located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and, on April 21, 2019, by deceiving the victim as if he had no intent or ability to pay the taxi fee, and then deceiving the victim as if he would pay the taxi fee, and then, he had the victim go to the J located in the YI, the Defendant again acquired economic benefits equivalent to the amount of 270,000 won because he did not pay 270,000 won of the taxi fee to the police station located in the Hanyang-gun, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, 22:30 on the same day.

On April 16, 2019, around 07:30 on April 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) was boarding a L taxi operated by the Victim K on the front of the Sejong-ro Police Station located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, by deceiving the victim K by a method of driving as if the taxi did not have any intent or ability to pay the taxi fee, and (b) caused the victim to operate the taxi to the road near the YF, and then did not pay 219,400 won of the taxi fee.
